Faded Remnants of Sadness

Your lips touched the rainbow
Blonde curls fell into the depths
Fortunately I have life preservers
In case of drowning
Empty highways of thoughtlessness
Turned into shouting houses
Without return to the gambling game
I collect in the streets
All the daily images
Unfortunately they cannot replace
Experiences from youth
I carry within me feelings
Heavy as granite boulders
I scoop into my palms
Living water
For the morning celebration
That fainted
The coffee has already grown cold
A fly in the room
That crawled along the wall
Did not enjoy life for long
A stroke brought it down
It seems unreal
In the newspapers there grew to the sky
Horrifying skyscrapers of lies
With all of this they feed us and feed us
By the way
We are not yet
Sufficiently fattened for slaughter
