Hopeless Call for Help

I am not a healer of human hearts
I am not a confessor of evil things
Nor a lonely angel
Let alone a magic stone
Chained to a rock
I am a peacemaker
With open arms
Locked in my dungeon
Why
Do some days remind us
Of bloodied battlefields
Nearby, under a blossoming apple tree
The queen sleeps sweetly
And her dreams float through the sky
All those years
Have vanished beyond the horizon
Today, everyone is alone in the crowd
Fighting an inner enemy
An outstretched hand is not salvation
Anywhere on this Earth
Betrayal burns like the blazing sun
Prematurely born
Be careful!
Life is a wild beast
Unleashed from its cage
